For comprehensive claims, only your excess is payable.
On request we'll collect your vehicle and return it after the repair. Just mention it when booking your appointment.

Accidents & Insurance
Yes. We handle the entire claim and bill the responsible insurer directly. That means no paperwork and no upfront payment for you.
For comprehensive claims, only your agreed excess remains payable.
Yes – on request we'll arrange a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair. For non-fault accidents the other party's insurer usually covers the hire car or loss-of-use costs.
Please reserve the replacement vehicle early when booking your appointment so it's ready for you.
From around €750 in damage, an independent assessment is worthwhile – for non-fault accidents the other party's insurer pays for it. It secures your claims, including diminished value.
For smaller damage, a cost estimate is often enough. You have the right to a free, independent assessor of your choice – we'll arrange one if needed.
No. For a third-party liability claim you have free choice of workshop in Germany – you may have your vehicle repaired by us, regardless of your insurer's recommendations.
Only certain comprehensive policies with an agreed workshop restriction may limit this. Talk to us – we'll tell you honestly what applies in your case.
If the accident wasn't your fault, the other party's liability insurer covers all costs – repair, assessment, diminished value and often a hire car too. As a rule, you pay nothing.
For at-fault or comprehensive claims (e.g. hail, marten damage, vandalism), your comprehensive cover applies, less the agreed excess. We'll review with you which claims apply.
Secure the scene, take photos of the damage and exchange details with everyone involved. Then report the damage to us – we handle the entire process with the insurer.
If anyone is injured, always call the police and emergency services. For the repair we need photos, number plates and – if available – the police reference number. Everything else, from commissioning the assessment to billing, we take care of for you.
Bodywork & Repairs
That depends on the ratio between repair costs and the vehicle's value. In the case of an economic total loss we'll advise you honestly whether repairing or settling on an assessment basis makes more sense.
An assessment provides clarity here on the replacement value and residual value.
Yes. Our master workshop is equipped for modern body materials such as aluminium and high-strength steels and works to the prescribed repair procedures.
Calibrating driver assistance systems (e.g. cameras, radar sensors) after the repair is also part of a proper repair.
Yes. We repair to manufacturer specifications with the correct parts and professional paintwork – so your new-car and warranty entitlements remain intact.

Yes. As a manufacturer-independent body and paint specialist, we repair all car makes and models – from small cars to vans.
We work to manufacturer specifications and use original or equivalent replacement parts.
Minor panel and attached-part damage is usually ready in 1–3 working days. Larger accident repairs take around 5–10 working days, depending on parts availability.
After inspecting the damage we'll give you a firm completion date. Missing manufacturer parts are the most common cause of longer times – that's why we order them as early as possible.
Paintwork
Yes. From a single bumper to scratches and stone chips right through to a full respray – we paint precisely what's needed and no more.
For small damage, Smart Repair is often the cheaper option – we'll advise you on the most cost-effective solution.
Yes. We provide a specialist-workshop warranty on our paintwork. We work exclusively with high-quality branded paints in our spray booth.
We'll tell you the exact warranty period when you place your order.
A partial respray (e.g. a door or bumper) is usually ready in 2–3 working days. More extensive paintwork takes correspondingly longer.
Drying and curing times in the spray booth are an integral part of the process – they ensure a durable, high-quality result.
Yes. Using your vehicle's colour code and computer-aided colour measurement, we mix the paint to an exact match – including metallic, pearl and special finishes.
Small age-related deviations are blended into adjoining panels so there's no visible transition.
Smart Repair & Minor Damage
Yes, very often. Removing minor wear and tear before returning the car is usually far cheaper than the leasing company's after-charges.
We'll take a look at your vehicle and tell you which spots are worth repairing.
Yes. We remove smaller dents without paint damage using the paint-friendly dent-pushing technique – the original paintwork is fully preserved.
The prerequisite is that the paint at the dent is not cracked or damaged.
Smart Repair means the targeted repair of small damage such as scratches, parking dents, stone chips or paint chips – faster and considerably cheaper than a conventional full repair.
Only the damaged area is repaired, without having to replace or respray whole components.
